New Thinking in a Pandemic: Ann Harrison & Kellie McElhaney

Dean Ann Harrison hosts Distinguished Teaching Fellow Kellie McElhaney, founding director of the Center for Equity, Gender, and Leadership, for a discussion about the disproportionate impact the coronavirus pandemic is having on women and people of color. What are businesses doing—and what can they improve upon—to address these inequities? How can we move toward a more equitable recovery and systemic change?
