Entrepreneurship Hub: A thriving community built around the practice of entrepreneurship. 

Serve as a semester-long mentor for student founders of early-stage startups or host small group discussions about the founding experience, industry and/or technology insights, or team building and leadership. Email [email protected] to express interest.

Berkeley Haas Student Seed Fund: Non-dilutive $5K grants given to current students/early-stage startups. 

Serve (remotely) as a judge at the end of each semester to determine grant recipients. 

Berkeley StEP: A free, no-equity startup incubator program that connects UC Berkeley community members with complementary skills to bring their ideas to fruition.

Serve as process coaches during the 10-week program (2–4 hours per week) or judges for VC Day and Showcase Day. Sponsorship opportunities from $10K-$20K per semester or naming opportunities at $200K a year.

NSF I-Corps: Eight to 20 teams working to commercialize STEM-based innovations meet for a week every month to learn Lean Startup methods. 

Serve as industry mentor for teams (requires a substantial time commitment).

UC LAUNCH: A three-month, curriculum-driven, no-equity accelerator held twice yearly for 50–60 teams across all UC campuses.

Serve as process coaches for teams (1 hour weekly) or semifinals judge (remotely, up to 2.5 hours). Sponsorship opportunities from $10K–$25K per semester or naming opportunities at $100K a year or $5 million endowment.

Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC): Trains undergrads and graduate students fundamentals of VC strategies/tactics, culminating in a daylong competition with winners moving to regional and global rounds.

Serve as judge for competition day. Sponsorship at the $10K–$20K levels or naming opportunity at $75K–$100K.

Startup Disco class: Graduate class of ~50 students across 10–12 teams learning Lean Startup.

Serve as in-person judge for final presentations on a Sunday afternoon.
