I’m thrilled to be writing this in my now official capacity as dean. What an honor to lead the treasure that is our Haas community.

In this issue, we share with you our current priorities, one of which is how to best use and teach AI so Haas stays at the forefront of this fast-moving revolution. We embrace this powerful technology and believe that our strength lies in combining it with what makes us distinctly human—the creativity, collaboration, and analytical rigor that give innovation its human edge. Our feature on alumni reimagining well-being and filling gaps in healthcare showcases exactly this idea.

We also offer strategies for staying nimble and relevant in your career—whether you’re starting out, mid-career, or approaching retirement—and making sure your professional journey is as fulfilling as possible.

I am excited about my listening tour this fall and winter—stay tuned for announcements of how you can participate. I’d love to hear your ideas for positioning Haas for continued success. I look forward to seeing many of you in the coming months.

Go Bears!
