BusinessWeek Part-Time MBA Ranking
The Evening & Weekend MBA Program placed third in a ranking of US part-time MBA programs by BusinessWeek magazine released on Nov. 5.
This was the first time the Berkeley Evening and Weekend Program was ranked by the magazine, which began part-time MBA rankings in 2007 and conducts the ranking every two years. The Berkeley EWMBA Program ranked #2 in the West.
First place went to the Worcester (Massachusetts) Polytechnic Institute part-time MBA Program, and #2 went to the UCLA Anderson School of Management, which ranked first two years ago.
The rankings are determined by a survey of students, academic quality scores (including GMAT, work experience, tenured faculty, class size, electives, and completion rate), and a measure of post-graduation outcomes.
