Haas Faculty to Speak on Entrepreneurship in Cross-Country Roadshow

Three sought-after speakers from the Haas School who are experts on entrepreneurship will hit the road in January and February in a series of events for alumni, current and prospective students, and friends.

Lecturers Mark Coopersmith and John Danner will talk on "The Other 'F' Word: Failure and its Importance to Innovation and Entrepreneurship," the topic of a course they will teach in February and of a book that they are co-authoring. Lecturer Kurt Beyer will answer the question, “Are entrepreneurs born or made?”

Organized by the local alumni chapter in eight cities, a lively networking reception will precede each faculty presentation.
