Center for Responsible Business Goes Global

The Haas School's Center for Responsible Business (CRB) is expanding its senior advisory board to reflect a more global approach in its programs.

The new board members are:

  • Mark Lee, CEO, SustainAbility, a London-based strategy consultancy and independent think-tank.
  • Jill Nash, chief communications officer and VP of corporate affairs, Levi Strauss & Co., a longtime corporate supporter of the center.
  • Erik Peterson, regional managing partner, Aureos Central America, a private equity fund manager focusing on investments in small- to mid-cap enterprises in emerging markets. Peterson is also the grandson of the late Rudolph Peterson, a 1925 UC Berkeley graduate and supporter of the center.
  • Gabriele Zedlmayer, vice president of the Office of Global Social Innovation, Hewlett Packard, who is based in Switzerland.

“We are very excited about broadening our board to engage some of the global leaders in responsible business," says Jo Mackness, CRB's executive director. "Their perspective and experince is critical to the center staying on the leading edge of responsible business."
