Haas School Launches Hall of Fame

Did you know that your Haas Alumni Network includes the CEO of semiconductor giant Intel, a former US secretary of the treasury, and a president at Bank of America?

To showcase alumni like these who have achieved greatness in their careers, the Haas School has unveiled a new online Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame features short profiles of 59 alumni and close friends of the Haas School. They include Paul Otellini, MBA 74, CEO of Intel; W. Michael Blumenthal, BS 51, secretary of the treasury under President Carter; and Barbara Desoer, MBA 77, president of Bank of America Home Loans and Insurance.

The members of the Hall of Fame come from a wide range of industries, from accounting to winemaking, real estate to retail, investment banking to high tech. The honorees embody the unique Haas School principles of questioning the status quo, projecting confidence without attitude, learning as students always, and thinking beyond themselves.
