Real Estate Resurgence: Sustainable or Mirage? Fisher Center Symposium to Explore State of Markets, Nov. 25

As housing prices soar and foreclosures wane, Ken Rosen, chairman of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics, will provide his insider view of the market at the center’s 36th Annual Real Estate and Economics Symposium Nov. 25 at the InterContinental San Francisco.

California Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom will be the keynote luncheon speaker at the event, whose theme this year is "The Resurgence of Real Estate: Sustainable or Mirage?"

Executives from Goldman Sachs, TMG Partners, RocketSpace, and other prominent firms also will share their insights on where money is going in real estate, who is living where, and how technology is changing the industry landscape.

The event will offer plenty of networking opportunities, including a wine-tasting reception after the symposium featuring wineries owned or operated by Haas alumni. Participating wineries include Hahn Family Wines, Hestan Vineyards, Navarro Vineyards & Winery, and Villa Ragazzi.

Hundreds of attendees are expected at the symposium, which is considered among the most prestigious one-day economic/real estate conferences in the country.
